30 Day Returns: We offer a 30-Day Return Period, for any items purchased directly from our website. Return the item for any reason for a FULL, No Questions Asked Refund. Item/s must be returned in original condition with all associated documentation (e.g. valuation/GIA report etc). Items purchased directly (in person) through our Collins St office are sold without any further return policy.
